Personal Transformation Training

COMPLETED: 100%

Personal Transformation course to be announced

The Personal Transformation Course is rooted in truth. It is learning how to cooperate with God’s design in order to bring about transformation. The training has a Christian emphasis and a Biblical foundation with practical life applications. The Cooperating with God for a Change® training program integrates knowledge and tools from the fields of theology and human design engineering.

The training teaches that all effective kingdom ministries are rooted in . . .

  • God’s Word: Hebrews 4:12; II Timothy 3:16; Romans 10:8; Philippians 2:6
  • God’s wisdom: Proverbs 2:1-11; 4:7; 8:12-21; James 1:5
  • God’s truth: John 8:32 James 1:22, 26; Philippians 2:5; II Timothy 3:7
  • God’s faithfulness: Proverbs 3:5-10; Romans 12:1-2; Hebrews 11:1; II Corinthians 4:18

The training focuses on Christian growth overcoming . . .

  • Mind of the flesh: Galatians 5:16; Romans 8:6; Romans 7; Galatians 6:8; Ephesians 2:3; I Peter 2:11
  • Tearing down strongholds: 2 Corinthians 10:3-5; Genesis 4:5-10; Philippians 4:6-10; 2 Peter 1:5-11; Ephesians 2:10
  • Taking thoughts captive: James 1:22; Colossians 3:10; Luke 7:36-39; 12:16-18; 16:1-8
  • Renewing the mind: Romans 12:1-2; Colossians 3:10; 2 Corinthians 4:16; Colossians 3:2

There are four primary foundational skills taught in the program.

  • Which thoughts (reasonings, pictures, and words) or demonic wisdom (James 3:15-16) should be destroyed (tear down, no longer exist) because they are contradictions to truth given to us by God.
  • How to tear down/destroy these demonic thoughts, as well as which thoughts, or fleshly wisdom (reasonings, pictures and words) need to be changed (modified and renewed). You will learn to discern your fleshly thoughts that have a good intention/purpose but are not accomplishing the good purpose in an appropriate way.
  • How to lead (take captive) your fleshly thoughts to truth. Renewed means that the fleshly thoughts are now in alignment and support truth. “For actively alive is the Word of God and energetic and sharper than any two-edged sword, going through even to dividing the soul and spirit and of joints and marrow and is the sifter and analyzer (kritikos) of the reflections and conceptions of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12 (Kenneth Wuest, An Expanded Translation of the New Testament)
  • The division of spirit, soul, and body is in order so that the believer will be able to have a means of analyzing, discerning, or judging the innermost thoughts (reasonings, pictures and words) that come from the heart (the part of the nervous system known as the subconscious mind). “Watch (guard) over your heart (innermost thoughts, pictures, and words) with all diligence, for from it (innermost thoughts) flow the springs of life.” Proverbs 4:23 (New American Standard) The presupposition within Proverbs 4:23 is that there is a part of us that is to watch or guard our innermost thinking. This watcher or guardian is directed to join with another part of us called diligence in order to accomplish the job of watching/guarding. The reason we are to guard the heart is that from the heart (our innermost thoughts, pictures, and words) come the springs (abundance) of life.
