Practice telling yourself ferociously inside, “In Jesus” name, I will not allow this in my brain anymore.” Do this 10 times a day!

Training Your Brain Exercise – Do War!

Word of God and power of the Holy Spirit
Attack and defend
Repent and stay in a state of repentance

Attack

  1. Practice ahead of time—purposely and objectively—10 to 20 times every day to see both the beautiful women and the plain women in all purity. [See] . . . the older women as mothers, and the younger women as sisters, in all purity. 1 Timothy 5:2 NASB
  2. Go into the Theater of Life in Christ.  See, through your eyes, Jesus sitting next to you. Choose a pornographic snapshot that is stored in your brain and put it on the screen. Remember, do this objectively!  You are the objective observer! Turn the picture to glass and smash the picture or turn the picture to paper and light it on fire.At the same time you are smashing the picture or lighting it on fire, say this inside ferociously, “In Jesus’ name I will not allow this in my brain any more.”

Practice this 10 to 20 times every day—whatever it takes to train your brain!

Defend
Anytime an inappropriate picture pops unannounced (automatically) into your brain:

  1. See Jesus holding a stop sign; freeze frame the picture and smash the picture or light the picture on fire.
  2. Say this inside ferociously, “In Jesus’ name I will not allow this in my brain any more.”
We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5 NASB
